Seed Catering was founded by Will and Danielle Edwards. Having worked at a high level within the hospitality industry worldwide, they have since returned home to Port Macquarie to channel their passion and experience into Seed. They are driven by their love of good food and aim to create a catering service that not only delivers quality but an entire shared and memorable experience, whatever the occasion.
Chef Will has over 15 years experience successfully channelling his creativity and passion into menus and events for musicians, captains of industry, politicians and CEO’s Australia-wide. Will's role as Staff Director at six Port Macquarie Ironman events ignited his passion for large scale functions. Danielle's experience comes from working in a variety of national establishments, such as Lord Howe Island, Perisher Snow Fields, Perth and Melbourne.
